Dr. Small completed his medical education at the American University of Antigua College of Medicine and trained in internal medicine through residency at Hackensack University Medical Center / Hackensack Meridian University Medical Center. As a board-certified internist, Dr. Small’s focus is comprehensive adult primary care, prevention, chronic condition management, and early intervention, delivered with the time and attention that modern healthcare rarely provides.
