Virtual Care
Often times evaluations can be done virtually saving you time, travel and inconvenience. Some needs will require in-person evaluation.
Concierge Medicine does have limitations and boundaries.
It is NOT emergency care
- Chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe shortness of breath, major trauma: call 911 or go to the ER.
Does have scope limits
- CCC is primary care. Some conditions require specialists, procedures, or hospital-level care.
Treatment decisions are based on safety and medical standards. Some issues require an exam, testing, or referral before treatment.
Certain medications require stricter policies, monitoring, or in-person visits. Controlled substances are prescribed only when clinically appropriate and consistent with practice policy and applicable law.
As Concierge Care is Primary Care and is not itself an insurance program, there may be additional third party charges for needs such as:
- Lab fees charged by the laboratory
- Imaging fees (X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound)
- Specialist visits and procedures
- Hospital/ER charges
- Prescription medication costs at the pharmacy
- Vaccines or medications supplied by outside vendors
CCC will help to coordinate your care with external providers and service when they are required.
It is strongly advised that our members carry additional medical insurance and/or HSA accounts to supplement our Concierge Service when needed.
